This will launch XpressConnect using Java Web Start, which was pre-installed on your Mac OS X computer. As the application loads,
you will be asked if you would like to allow XpressConnect access to your computer. Click "Allow" or "Trust".
Normally, XpressConnect will launch automatically after clicking the link above.
If it does not, you will need to open the XpressConnect.jnlp file manually from the Downloads window.
This occurs because you have "Open Safe Files After Downloading" disabled in Safari preferences.
If a text file displays after clicking the link above rather than the application,
Java Web Start is not correctly associated with the browser. This can be resolved by running the
Java Repair tool. After downloading the DMG file, locate and run the Java Repair
application within it. Then, restart the browser and click the link above and the application should load normally.
Alternately, if you are currently using Safari, you may hold down the "control" key, click
here, and select "Open Link in New Window".
An empty window will display. It can be closed. After doing so, restart the browser and the application
should load normally.
If the repair tool does not resolve the issue, Java may have been either uninstalled from your computer
or disabled. To reinstall, visit http://developer.apple.com/java/download.
